Unboxed… Homemade Natural Energy Drinks.
Paige Russell started out with the intention of coming up with a recipe for a homemade version of store bought energy drinks. After doing some research and discovering how unhealthy they are for you, she decided instead to try and design a less sugar/caffeine fuelled way to help herself throughout the working day. What she landed on was a system of three drinks that help keep energy up all day long.
She has created:
(i) The Fire Hydrant, based on lemon and cayenne pepper.
(ii) The Quick Fix based on ginger, honey and spices.
(iii) The Heavy Lifter based on banana, yoghurt and protein powder.
